Just sold a bike shelf to someone located in the Netherlands. Wanted to thank all my friends/family and everyone who’s supporting this new project that my father and I have started. Urban City Bike Shelves is a straight DIY independent small wood shop business that basically relies on word of mouth that travels through friends and friends of friends, which travels to people in other states and so on and so on. So thanks to everyone who spreads the word and shows support. This would absolutely be nothing and just an idea in my head if it wasnt for my father, the mastermind in the woodshop. He’s always been someone i looked up to, but to be able to work side by side with him and watch him create genius hand crafted designs (not just bike shelves) is something that i am so fortunate to have. We have a lot of things in the works beyond bike shelves such as handmade furniture for city style living such as wall shelves, coffee tables, laptop desks, end tables, etc. Woods are always premium high quality walnut and cherry.
